Site Preparation & Installation

Place the cold plunge on a level, stable, load-bearing surface capable of supporting the unit when completely filled with water and occupied. A filled cold plunge is extremely heavy. Decks, balconies, raised platforms, and other structures should be evaluated for adequate load capacity before installation.

A nearby properly grounded electrical outlet is required. When electrical equipment is used near water, a GFCI-protected outlet should be used as required by applicable electrical codes. Keep electrical connections, cords, and the chiller positioned according to the manufacturer's instructions and away from standing water.

For indoor installations, consider drainage, ventilation, condensation, and water-management requirements before placement. For outdoor installations, protect the system from excessive debris and follow manufacturer guidance regarding weather exposure and seasonal operation.

Shipping & Delivery

This product ships by freight. Delivery timing is typically 3–21 business days depending on carrier scheduling and destination. The freight carrier will contact the customer to arrange a delivery appointment.

Standard delivery is curbside. The carrier delivers the shipment to the curb and does not move the cold plunge to its final installation location. Because of the size and weight of the product, customers should plan the route from the delivery point to the installation area and arrange appropriate assistance or equipment before delivery.

An adult should be available to receive and inspect the shipment. Before signing for delivery, inspect the crate and product for visible damage or shortages and photograph the shipment and packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Visible freight damage, missing items, or other delivery issues should be reported to RevitalLiving within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging. Please retain all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, RevitalLiving will coordinate with the supplier regarding the applicable replacement, refund, parts, or other resolution in accordance with supplier and manufacturer policies.

Returns

Return authorization must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Products approved for return must be unused and in their original packaging.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Freight returns may also be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be confirmed before the return is arranged. Please contact RevitalLiving before returning the product and do not ship the product back without prior authorization.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product and is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms and conditions. Warranty information is provided with the product documentation. RevitalLiving can assist in coordinating eligible warranty claims with the supplier and manufacturer.
