Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function.

30-Day Return Policy

Eligible products (devices, wellness tech, and similar items) may be returned within 30 days of purchase if sealed, unopened, in original packaging, unused, and unaltered, with valid proof of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by Retreat Elite before any item is returned — returns shipped without a valid RMA may be refused or returned to sender. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by law. Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days following receipt and inspection. Damage, missing components, or improper handling may affect return eligibility or refund amount.
