The ThermaSol Vera is a compact, high-performance outdoor sauna cabin delivered as a fully assembled unit. Known for its mirrored glass and efficient footprint, it is the most cost-effective model in the ThermaSol range to operate.

1. Pre-Order & Site Requirements

Because the Vera arrives fully assembled, site preparation and logistics must be finalized before ordering to avoid significant expenses later.

Structural Integrity: If installing on a balcony or roof, ensure the structure is rated for the 1,984-lb assembled weight (2,205 lbs shipping weight).

Access Logistics: The unit is delivered as one finished piece. For roof terraces or gardens, a crane or heavy machinery is required to lift it into place from the curbside delivery point.

Electrical Supply: ThermaSol requires a licensed electrician for heater installation. The supply must be ready before the unit arrives.

Orientation and Sightlines: The Parsol dark grey mirrored glass reflects from the brighter side. It provides privacy during the day, but becomes transparent to outsiders at night when the interior is lit. Verify orientation relative to neighbors before installation.

Assembly Hand: You must choose a "Left" or "Right" hand at the time of order. This determines the fixed position of the glass corner and heater and cannot be reversed.

Conductor: Minimum 8 AWG copper wire rated to 90 °C.

Overcurrent Protection: The installer/electrician must size the breaker according to the 33.4 Amp draw and local NEC codes.

Safety Note: The heater feed must not run through an RCD or GFI.

Estimated Running Costs

Operating an 8 kW element averages approximately 4.8 kWh per hour. Based on a rate of $0.17/kWh, this costs roughly $0.82 per hour, making it the most economical model in the ThermaSol range.

4. Delivery & Installation

The Vera arrives as a finished unit, simplifying the onsite setup compared to panel-built models.

Siting: Once the unit is placed and leveled, the electrician connects the power, and the stone basket is filled.

Service Access: Ensure the heater remains accessible for maintenance. Obstructing service access will void the manufacturer's warranty.

Inclusions: The delivery includes the assembled cabin, fitted heater, control system, and pre-installed RGB lighting.

Exclusions: The buyer is responsible for the foundation/base, electrical supply, and the machinery (crane/lift) required to move the unit from the curb to the final site.

Important: Mirrored glass behavior reverses at night. Check your sightlines after dark with interior lights on to ensure desired privacy levels.
